What is a Certificate of Recognition? 

A Certificate of Recognition is an official certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE. It is used to confirm that a higher education degree granted by an accredited university outside of the UAE complies with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE guidelines and international academic standards.

Step 1: 

Complete the First Step of getting your Degree Recognized by navigating to mohesr.quadrabay.com to begin your Degree Recognition Application! 

Step 2: 

After receiving your QuadraBay Degree Recognition Report, you can proceed to the next step of obtaining your Certificate of Recognition:

1. To complete your Application, click here.

2. Log into the portal with your UAE Pass.

3. Enter the reference number you received from QuadraBay in Step 2 and your Date of Birth.

4. Your personal and education details will automatically be filled in.

5. You will receive the Certificate with a Recognition decision (Recognized/ Not Recognized) via email. You will also be able to download your result directly from your account on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE website.

6. Confirm your details and complete the remaining payment for your application.
