The Ministry of Health, Kuwait selected QuadraBay as a partner of choice to provide you with the best possible experience when verifying your Education Credentials, Professional License and any Professional Qualifications.
Step 1
Login to the QuadraBay dedicated dashboard using the same credentials for the MOHK Online Medical Licensing System. Enter the OTP details received in your Email to Login to your account.
Step 2
If you have not yet registered with MOHK, first complete the registration process. Visit the MOH Kuwait government website. Once registered, proceed to Login to the dedicated QuadraBay portal.
Step 3
Once completing the Registration or Login process, carefully read through the “Information Page” and have the applicants’ documents ready.
Step 4
Download the “Consent Form” provided on the Personal Details page to be signed by the applicant and fill in the required information.
Step 5
To start the application process, select the preferred service type and click “Start Registration”.
Step 6
Fill in the applicants’ personal details and upload the “Consent Form” signed by the applicant to continue with the application.
Step 7
Upload the applicants’ documents to be verified and complete the required information in Education Details, Employment Details, Professional License, and Other Documents.
Step 8
Before completing the payment, carefully review the application. Once done, enter the required details and select “Pay and Finish” to finalize the payment.
Step 9
Once the payment is finalized, you will receive an Email with the payment receipt. You can check the application process by selecting “Track my Application”.
