Oman, May 8, 2025 — QuadraBay, a regional leader in verification, evaluation, and background screening services across more than 240 countries and territories, has entered into a strategic partnership with FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation), a renowned German quality assurance agency in higher education with accreditation expertise spanning over 400 higher education institutions in more than 30 countries.

The two organizations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote cooperation in the fields of higher education quality assurance, micro-credentials, and emerging educational trends such as digital learning and international university rankings.

The agreement was formalized by Freiberger Diane, Managing Director of FIBAA, and Paul Norris, Director of Credentialing & Evaluation at QuadraBay. This partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing quality and transparency in global higher education.

“We believe that by combining our expertise, we can better support institutions and stakeholders worldwide in their pursuit of excellence and credibility,” said FIBAA in a joint statement. “This collaboration will strengthen trust and recognition of qualifications internationally, facilitating equivalency and alignment across diverse educational systems.”

Under the terms of the MoU, FIBAA and QuadraBay will collaborate on:

• Joint workshops, training sessions, and conferences

• Research and consulting in higher and vocational education

• Exchange of best practices in accreditation and quality assurance

• Collaborative innovation projects in higher education

QuadraBay intends their Evaluation Information Center to be a hub in the Gulf for benchmarking regional qualifications to international standards and for improving internationalization strategies of institutions.
